As part of our Guest Happiness Team, she’s all about creating a smooth and stress-free experience for every guest who walks through the door. Whether she’s managing appointments, answering questions, or coordinating the day’s flow, Kay handles it all with upbeat energy and attention to detail.

A licensed aesthetician and graduate of Metro Beauty Academy, Kay wears more than one hat in the beauty world. Outside the salon, she runs her own successful makeup business—traveling across the region to glam up brides, prom-goers, and clients preparing for life’s big moments.

With a long-time boyfriend, a love for horses, and a creative eye for all things beauty, Kay brings a unique blend of warmth, drive, and artistry to the Rooted team. She’s a key part of the magic that happens behind the scenes—and at the front of the house.
