New Client Policy:
To book a color service, we ask for a $50 deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit will be taken over the phone at the time of booking and will be put toward your service after completion.
We ask for all cancellations to be made 48 hours before the appointment time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled appointments will be charged 50% of the service booked minus the $50 fee.
If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service scheduled.
We cannot accept any product returns.
The salon reserves the right to refuse service and require a new appointment be scheduled if a client arrives 15 minutes past their originally scheduled time.
