At just 18 years old, she’s about to graduate high school and earn her cosmetology license through her votech program—an impressive achievement that speaks volumes about her dedication to her craft.

From keeping the salon running smoothly behind the scenes to assisting with daily operations, Ashley is incredibly reliable, eager to learn, and always one step ahead. Recently, she’s stepped into a new role assisting with inventory management—where her love for numbers, organization, and detail-oriented tasks shines. She’s a multitasking powerhouse and a natural fit for the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our space thriving.

Ashley has a long-time boyfriend, Kai, and dreams of one day owning property with land where she can enjoy the peaceful, grounded lifestyle she envisions. As Rooted grows, we’re so excited to watch her grow right alongside us—she’s the kind of teammate who makes everyone better.
